Weekly Meal Plan Hustle Sampler

I am in the process of developing a weekly meal plan with recipes and calculated SmartPoints included. The idea is these recipes will be quick and easy as well as fit within a budget. I’m sure this will be a trial and error process but I am excited to learn with you! Here is what a typical day could look like:

Breakfast: 8SP

Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich

Lunch: 10SP

Veggie Burger with Corn & Black Bean Salsa Salad

Dinner: 11SP

Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato and Green Beans

On my Weight Watchers plan with 44 points, I would have 15 points left over. This is enough for creamer in my coffee that I love as well as a nice dessert! It is all about healthy choices and moderation. I also highly encourage you to fill up your day with extra veggies and fruit. I always try to carry a banana or tangerine around for when I have a sweet craving. More weekly menus to come! Let me know what you think by leaving me a comment.
