Banana Pancakes


1 Ripe Banana (0 SP)

2 Eggs (4 SP)

1 Dash of Salt (0 SP)

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla (0 SP)

  • Mix all ingredients until a smooth batter has formed
  • Cook on a warm frying pan (I use ceramic to minimize my use of oil)
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides
  • Serve with peanut butter or maple syrup
